UC Cooperative Extension is holding an El Nino preparation workshop tomorrow in Salinas. Cooperative Extension Farm Advisor Mark Bolda says capturing as much of that water as possible isn’t a complicated theory but this workshop will be hands-on and growers can see what a field should look like.
