The topic of sustainability continues to grow and is making its way up the food chain. A session coming up at the 2019 Almond Conference will discuss how manufacturers are questioning handlers about the topic. Almond Board of California’s Associate Director for Global Trade and Marketing Harbinder Maan said the California Almond Sustainability Program (CASP) is a key component to those answers.
