For farmers who are looking for a reliable service water supply, how is the proposed federal legislation, being the bond issue, going to address issues such as collection, storage, distribution, reliability and expansion of the water system in the future? How is federal legislation, as it is now being crafted and the public is being ask to vote on, going to solve our problem?
