Adapting ACP Regulations for California

The United States Department of Agriculture implemented ACP regulations that are protocol for the United States when ACP showed up in the state. The only issue with that is every state and commodity has different circumstances. Tulare County Agriculture Commissioner Marilyn Kinoshita says recent updates show they are willing to adapt regulations, even if it was a long time coming.
