As water entities are being formed around the state to deal with local groundwater management, most of those agencies believe a lot of different infrastructure is needed to help the state’s water system.

The latest water propositions that passed allocate a large chunk of money to be spent on infrastructure. At a recent agribusiness conference, Kings River Conservation District General Manager David Orth said those projects need to focus on several different areas of the current system.
