To help celebrate the holiday season the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) has released a new video with an interesting ‘spin’ on a holiday tradition. As a way to pay homage to the iconic Yule Log, NCBA is offering the Beef Drool Log video which features a prime rib roast cooking on a rotisserie over an open flame. The two-hour long Beef Drool Log is the latest video in the “Keep Sizzlin'” advertisement collection from the Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner campaign. The video may be viewed below and also can be found on YouTube and the group has plans to use shorter versions in its digital marketing efforts on social media.
“Real beef’s great taste and ‘drool worthiness’ cannot be replicated, which is why we think sizzle videos resonate so well with consumers,” said Season Solorio, Senior Executive Director of brand marketing and communications for NCBA. “The holidays are the perfect time to build on the sizzle concept we know consumers love and add a touch of nostalgia by pairing two holiday favorites – beef and the traditional Yule Log video. The resulting Beef Drool Log is sure to be an instant holiday favorite and crowd pleaser.”
