The Health Insurance Tax will hurt small business employees the hardest. That’s according to New York Farm Bureau President and dairy owner Dean Norton. Norton is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors and recently testified before the House Small Business Subcommittee on Health and Technology. He encouraged members of Congress to cosponsor H.R. 763, which would repeal the HIT.
