One of the permanent buildings at the World Ag Expo on the grounds of the International Agri-Center was renamed during this years show. The 60,000 square foot building C, located on the northeast corner of the grounds will be called the Corteva Agriscience Center. International Agri-Center staff, Corteva Agriscience Marketing and Communications Leader for the U.S. Doug Reynolds and members of the Tulare Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon on the new building naming rights during the 2019 show.

The process moved rather quickly once Corteva learned about the branding opportunity. Reynolds said, of course, it’s great exposure to the agriculture community during the World Ag Expo, but it also reaches consumers during several other times of the year. “One of the parts of our purpose statement is to support producers and consumers,” he said. “As I learned more about how this facility is used…To have our brand recognized by more of a consumer type audience seemed like a good opportunity as well.”
