The agency of the USDA responsible for the Census of Agriculture now begins work to collect remaining outstanding survey forms. The deadline for turning in the forms has now passed, but there are still some ag operators who have yet to send theirs in. Renee Picanso of National Agricultural Statistics Service says there will be reminders for those who haven’t completed the census yet.
The goal is 100 percent participation.
