The future of vegetable seeds was a big topic for discussion at the American Seed Trade Association annual Vegetable and Flower Seed conference. Sabrina Hill has the story.

John Schoenecker is with HM Clause – a vegetable seed breeder and producer. He is also an officer in the ASTA organization. Schoenecker says vegetable growers can expect to see new seed varieties coming out in the market.
He says consumers play a part in new seed varieties, so growers can continue to provide what the consumers what.
