California is warming up this week and growers are seeing a lot of green on the trees. Producers will be looking to apply their first water of the season if they haven’t already. Almond Board of California’s Spencer Cooper said with the amount of rain we saw in March, irrigation timing and overall plans might be thrown off a bit.
