Back for a second year, the Almond Board of California is holding the ‘Mummy Shake’ video contest. The industry is encouraged to make their best ‘Mummy Shake’ parody video to the tune of Monster Mash. ABC’s Industry Communications Specialist Ashley Knoblauch said the contest is a creative way to remind everyone of the importance that sanitation practices have on navel orangeworm management.

The Almond Board of California made an original video that changed the Monster Mash lyrics to contain sanitation information.

U.C. Cooperative Extension Advisor David Haviland and his family won the contest last year with their video.
